Tom, his Dad Bob and his son Tom have been boat race fans over 30 years. They are from the Detroit Michigan area and have attended races throughout the east. As a matter of fact,  Bob (91) and him attended the Pontiac race one week after Bob had a pacemaker put in. Bob has been an unlimited fan since the 20s when he went with his father to see Gar Wood race. They first started with the limited's after Tom saw what he  think was the 1970 Dayton Nationals. They have gone to all the local races (Detroit, Pontiac, Sylvan Lake, Ford Lake),as well as Valleyfield, Tonawanda, Dayton, Decatur, Hampton, Toledo and St. Pete. During that time they met some wonderful people ( racers builders and organizers) who have been great to them over the years.
Tom decides to share his souvenirs with us.

Tom, son père Bob et son fils Tom sont des amateurs de courses depuis plus de 30 ans. Ils sont de la région de Détroit au Michigan et ont assisté à des courses partout dans l'est. Bob et lui ont assisté à la course de Pontiac une semaine après que Bob se soit fait instaler un pacemaker. Bob est un amateur de Unlimited depuis les années 20 alors qu'il est allée voir la Course Gar Wood avec son père. Ils ont commencé à suivre les limiteds après que Tom ait vu se qu'il croit être la Nationaux de Dayton en 1970. Ils sont allés à toutes les courses locales  (Detroit, Pontiac, Sylvan Lake, Ford Lake) en plus de Valleyfield, Tonawanda, Dayton, Hampton, Toledo et St-Pete. Durant toute ces années ils ont rencontré des gens merveilleux (coureurs, constructeurs, organisateurs) qui furent toujours très gentil avec eux. 
Tom a décidé de partager ses souvenirs avec nous.
